Terms of Service for LawCore

Welcome to LawCore. These Terms of Service govern your engagement with our platform located at 1107 48 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2K 0J6, Canada. By accessing our platform or ordering any offering, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Services: Professional legal assistance designed for corporate entities.
• Information Products: Digital guides, templates, and reports provided in downloadable format.
• Goods: Physical publications or branded materials available for purchase.

2. Service Engagement

Service requests are submitted via our proposal process. Once an engagement letter is signed and initial payment is received, we commence work. Any modification of scope, schedule adjustment, or cancellation request must be sent in writing. We may offer a schedule shift for certain service packages, subject to availability.

3. Information Products

Access to information products is granted upon payment. Download links are active for thirty days from purchase. All content is for your internal use only and must not be shared or redistributed.

4. Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon dispatch. Inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us of any issues within seven days.

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards. Full payment is due according to the schedule set out in the service proposal or at the time of purchase for information products and goods.

6. Reimbursement Policy

We offer reimbursements based on the type of offering you purchase:

6.1 Services

• If no substantial work has started, you may request a full reimbursement within thirty days of the effective date.
• If work is underway, we evaluate the portion of work performed and offer a partial reimbursement for unused hours or deliverables.
• Certain bespoke or emergency service packages are not eligible for reimbursement due to immediate allocation of resources.
• Service engagements may be shifted to a later date once without penalty if requested at least seven days before the original start date.

6.2 Information Products

• Digital materials cannot be reclaimed once access is granted. All sales are final.
• If files fail to download or are defective, contact us and we will resend the materials or provide a reimbursement.

6.3 Goods

• Physical items may be sent back to us within fourteen days of delivery in their original condition.
• Contact us to receive a shipping authorization. We will issue a reimbursement or replacement upon receipt and inspection of the items.

All approved reimbursements will be processed within fourteen days of our approval notification, via the original payment method.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any offering for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and, in the case of services, settle any outstanding invoices.
